- 30 years of commercial real estate experience; serves as the Founder, Managing Director and President of Cypressbrook Company in The Woodlands, Texas
- Responsible for the coordination of the company’s development teams, capital transactions, brokerage efforts, and equity financing activities
- Serves as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Ascension Commercial Real Estate; responsible for all equity financings and development activities
- 2 years as a Principal with a Houston-based private equity company, where he served on the board of directors for several portfolio companies
- 9 years with Trammell Crow Company serving in various roles ranging from Marketing Representative to Project Partner to eventually Managing Director
- Graduated from Rice University with a BA in Economics and Masters in Accounting; received Masters in Economics from Cambridge University
- Serves as Vice President of Cypressbrook Company
- Responsible for directing Cypressbrook’s various financing and development activities.
- Serves as a development manager for Ascension Commercial Real Estate; coordinates multifamily renovations and new multifamily development projects
- Previous experience includes Transworld Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, American General Investment Corporation, Real Estate Research Corporation, and Laventhol & Horwath
- Graduated from Rice University with a Masters of Business Administration and Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Environmental and Master of Science in Land Development
- Served in the Marine Corp Reserves and Army National Guard
- Serves as a commercial broker for Cypressbrook Company
- Responsible for generating new commercial real estate opportunities including tenant and landlord representation for office and industrial leasing, selling or purchasing.
- Previous sales experience at various companies including Aramark and Scantron
- Graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts
- Serves as the Controller for Cypressbrook Company
- Responsible for overseeing the accounting team, tax preparation, handling investor relations, and providing financial analysis.
- Previously an associate for America Commercial Real Estate
- Graduated from University of Houston-Downtown with a B.B.A. in Accounting
- Serves as the Project Accountant for Cypressbrook Company
- Responsible for accounts payable, receivables, cash management, and financial statements. Coordinates the preparation of draws.
- Graduated from University of Houston-Downtown with a B.B.A. in Accounting
